ਕਰਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਾਭਾ 1913 ਵਿੱਚ ਗ਼ਦਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਲਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਇਕ ਸੀ। ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਹਥਿਆਰਬੰਦ ਬਗਾਵਤ ਛੇੜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। 1915 ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਹੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀਕਾਰੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਫਾਂਸੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਸਰਾਭਾ ਸਿਰਫ 19 ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਸੀ |

ਇਹ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਇਸ ਮਹਾਨ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਬਿਰਤਾਂਤ ਹੈ |  ਲੇਖਕ ਨੇ ਸਰਾਭਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਰੀਵ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਸਤ੍ਰਿਤ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਖੋਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਹੈ |

Kartar Singh Sarabha was a hero of the movement set off in 1913 by the Ghadar Party. The movement had launched an armed revolt against the British in India. Singh was barely nineteen when he was executed for his revolutionary activities in Lahore in 1915.

This book is a poignant account of the life of this great soldier. The writer presents a detailed picture of activities undertaken and the underlying philosophy behind these activities of  Sarabha with well-researched data to support as evidence.  While doing so the writer sheds light upon the political atmosphere of the time to eradicate any controversies arisen related to the life of Mr. Singh.
